NW Deal Finder is a Garrison Property Solutions program offering information about off-market investment properties to Buyers Club members. Membership is free and does not create an obligation to purchase.

Principal transactions
Garrison Property Solutions or Ryan Garrison may own, or hold a contract interest in, properties shared through NW Deal Finder. When we do, we act as a principal for our own account, not as your real estate agent, and no agency relationship is created by joining the Buyers Club.
